Egad, we'll never be able to schedule the swap if the current forecast verifies! Mother Nature's version of an April Fool's joke.

I thought at worst for this weekend we would maybe have to deal with a little cold! But SNOW???? C'mon, this is not even amusing at all anymore. Time for a move south. I feel so bad for the bids. Mine were dust bathing in the sun this afternoon, and now are tightly snuggled together on the roost in the coop. I hope i don't end up with any sick ones after this weird temperature shift!

Texas is really looking good. I don't think I can stand another winter here.
I just got word that my son in law just got deployed to Afganastan. He leaves in two days for Indiana where he trains for a month and then he is gone for almost a year. This is not his first time over there either!

ing he stays safe and returns home quickly.

Prayers to him from us! My son in law just got back from Iraq in July and already has his orders to go to Afghanistan next June! This is just so rediculous.

Hi Laura! Are you guys still shoveling snow, or will we see you gals on Sunday at Westford??? Hope to see you and PM me if you have what I was looking for!

We won't be able to make it to westford gas is just too much right now to put in that jeep. We have lots of birds that need to go too

Bought a small truck that will be better on gas should be done next week, I hope. We are getting out of most all the large breeds. The only ones that we are keeping are the RIR's, have lots of pigeons too. Ducks, probably most of the runners are going too. Just getting too much to take care of them all, and she is getting other interests too.

Glad he made it back safe Darleen. I think my son in law only has like two years left in the military too. He has been in the Air Force for atleast 20 years.

She is keeping her moderns they aren't producing real well, lost both her adult male birchens during the winter from accidents. Only have one lonely diamond dove think it's a female going to hold onto her for now she's easy to care for in the caged bird room.
