So, will anyone be selling a barred rock rooster ? I've been looking and get seem to get my hands on one. I'd like to go to the show to buy one. I'd also be interested in Buff Orp Rooster and a few pullets. Let me know !

Wasn't that a barred rock cockeral Austin Brann was trying to pawn off on us at the auction at the windsor show, Spook? I think it went for 25 cents. Shame...I'd have bought it and made a buck! I really need to keep up with my forum info.​

If the weather is good I hope to go to the Gardiner Chickenstock. I need a rooster, preferably a good sized rose comb bantum and would like 4-5 ameraucana hens. I live near portland. What will the prices be like? Merry

Pfft rosecombs are so overrated! I will have lots of mixed variety cochin bantams for $5. You know those feather boots come in handy for Maine winters!

what should I expect there? I mean, I have some affectionate cochin/silkie cross roos that I need to rehome, just too many. Is this mostly pet people or does anybody even eat bantys? Up till now I just placed my birds through here, but I need to downsize badly. Will I have a hard time selling younger chicks because of the cold. Most of mine are still indoors, I'm just too chicken to put them outside because my coop isn't insulated yet. Is this a *open to the public* thing? Sorry so many questions
