Came home Saturday form a cold windy swap to find one lonely bantam barred OEGB hatched out and then last night the second one hatched out...they will not stop chirping, all night long! any ideas as to why they are not sleeping, they have plenty of remaining youl sack buldge so i dont think they are hungry, and the temp is 98 in the bator.

thanks, she is a good girl. she is a bantam,half polish. she reminds me of halloween so I named her octobria. she is a little girl but lays a full size egg. one of these weeks I will seperate her so I can get eggs to hatch. you will eventually see her chicks at a swap. come to think of it, the other roo she is in with is an ee. if the chicks are from him, there could be colored eggs from the offspring!

We're supposed to me moving this weekend, So I'm not sure about making it to tilton. Add in the fact that Shawn has a personal thing with the store manager(nuff said). However I just got an inquire about 5 of my rollers! So if the gentleman can't make it up this weekend, I'll be at the tilton swap since he knows he can make it there. My chicken eggs are due wednesday so I may have some chicks available then too. Also if anyone can tell me how this happened...the "5" JG girls I was keeping to myself has somehow turned into 7. So I may bring one JG girl. I'll let ya'll know later on this week to confirm.

nope....all boys now have nice little crests....I think it's more of the "chickens finding their soft spot in the other half."
