How long after born do chicks need to stay in the incubator?

I wait till after they're completely dry. If still wet they can get chilled easily.

I leave them in till they all hatch. The early babies stumbling around and peeping are an incentive to the late babies. They have been communicating with each other previous to hatching.
If there is a big time gap, or too many chicks, you could remove them when dry, as previous post says.
