Chicks and Corid?

I have 3 baby chicks that I hatched 3 days ago. It looks like their poo is kinda reddish brown. Not sure if this is normal. Is it safe to give them corid just in case? They seem to be doing fine. They haven't been anywhere but in the brooder so not sure how they would have contracted anything.

I would never medicate an animals that appears healthy. If they are eating, drinking, moving around and don't appear to be sick, I would hold off on giving them any medication.
