At what age can my chicks start eating kitchen scraps? They are out in a run with their mother and she's used to getting the scraps and I'd like to be able to start feeding them to her again.

I don't give my Birds many scraps at all..Not sure what you call scraps?
I toss out once a week fresh veg or left over veg from supper..
My Chicks raised by my Broodys get a little bowl of Chick starter to eat outside when out free ranging with Momma..
You can give them what you want, Momma will have them eating it...

Feed away. Your hen will "prepare and serve" the scraps for her chicks, choosing for them what she wants them to eat. Chicks will take all their food cues from their broody hen, and won't eat anything they shouldn't. If you have them confined, make sure the chicks have chick grit. The mother should have access to appropriate grit, also.
