Chicks and Pullets Suddenly Dying!

The necropsy came back for mycoplasmosis. We've lost three more this past week. It's been so upsetting. I need to call the pathologist, to see what can be done, but I was reading it about online from what I read there is no cure and that they'll always have it and can pass that on to others in the future. One article said to put down the flock. That is NOT an option, but is all of that true, meaning any chicks they hatch will get it and probably die like the ones have so far, and that we won't be able to get anymore chickens until this flock passes from natural causes?
