chicks are hatching...move nest?

See pictures below. I have an elevated coop requiring a board to climb to enter and once inside my nest boxes have walls. So obviously the baby chicks will be trapped in the hen box. Should I build a hen box ground level inside the run under the coop for the broodies and their babies?

Most likely they will jump out of the nest within a day or so, and the mama will settle on top of them wherever she or they choose. You can certainly try this, but sometimes they make their own arrangements, lol.... You will be surprised how good they are at jumping up and down, managing ramps, etc.
