Well, I just got the smallest Brisnea incubator a week or so ago and put some of my RIR eggs in there this past Saturday afternoon. So hopefully in two and a half weeks I will get at least one little chick to go with my 12 that I got from the hatchery two weeks ago today. They are growing like weeds and have tail as well as wing feathers. If my back pen was completed on the extension I could put these babies down in the chicken house in the front pen and then they wouldn't be in the bedroom with me so that I wouldn't check on them multiple times every night. I am so sleep deprived I feel as if I have had another baby and up for feedings. Can't wait to get these outside and the new one(s) hatched. Hope everyone is having fantastic luck with their hatches.
