Chicks are molting forever!

Its gets light at 7 am and dark around 8 ish here

Any special kind of lights? Or just regulare?

Incandescent or Daylight fluorescents like in the picture... I read where the daylight wavelength of light is important to "trigger" the egg laying sensor in their brain...

You might re read the link again... there is some great information in it from other members...

Got my first egg.... Lights were installed 16 day ago... 15-16 hours of "daylight" in the coop and run... That's not "pure proof" the lighting using "daylight" bulbs is the cause, but..... worked for me....
