yeah, I had to take mine out because they couldn't stand up, and that worried me. They are all fluffed now though.
You can remove them, or not. I've done both. And both ways worked fine for me. They seem to dry faster in the brooder. That said, I usually leave them in the incubator until they are dry. If it seems to be taking an abnormally long time, go ahead and move them if you have a warm (95 degree) brooder.
Out of a total of 34 eggs that made it to lockdown 29 hatched! We lost one but the rest are happily in the brooder. I had a mini heart attack when I checked on then the first time, they all looked dead but they were just sleeping. Lol
