chick's are peeping how long till they hatch?

Quote: I havent posted pics yet as it is hard to take through the viewing window on the incubator. Will try to take some soon.
yeah, I had to take mine out because they couldn't stand up, and that worried me. They are all fluffed now though.

You can remove them, or not. I've done both. And both ways worked fine for me. They seem to dry faster in the brooder. That said, I usually leave them in the incubator until they are dry. If it seems to be taking an abnormally long time, go ahead and move them if you have a warm (95 degree) brooder.

Thank you,
I think I will remove some of them. They are still wet even the ones that hatched last night before 11pm. We seem to have too many to count at this point

. I don't know who is having more fun me or my 3 kids. These chicks are a homeschool project for them.

Haven't got pics yet but 3 more have hatched so 15 or 16 in total there are so many running around in the bator the are hard to count.

Out of a total of 34 eggs that made it to lockdown 29 hatched! We lost one but the rest are happily in the brooder. I had a mini heart attack when I checked on then the first time, they all looked dead but they were just sleeping. Lol
