Chicks being picked on.

I posted yesterday about one bossy chick. Now two out if the four buffs are picking on the two older but smaller silkies.

I've heard from several breeders that silkies are too small to be with standard breeds. Don't know if this is true, but this may be the truth while they're young.

The silkie and the buff breeders told me it would be ok since they young. I was hoping this would work. I don't have a big enough coop to separate them I guess I need to expand. They are in my bathroom right now.

How much room in the brooder do you have? Could be that they are a little cramped and bored. If you have room put in a twig or an overturned coffee can or sometime that they can climb or play on. If you can post some pics that would be great, love to see chicks!
