How old is the feed? check the mill date, and look for any mold or whatever in it.
Are all the dying chicks from one source, or is it totally random?
Consider having necropsies done...

It’s totally random!
It’s not the feed! I took my heat lamp out & haven’t lost one since.

Are they on wood chips? I am not a fan because some times they will eat the wood and die. Before they die, the stand with their eyes closed, and head sagging, if they eat wood.

Update, I’m convinced it was the heat lamp bc I put a brooder plate in & everyone has been fine since

I always used a heat lamp. Got a new one & this started happening BUT randomly lost 4 more today. I don’t understand what’s happening.
