It all started 3 days ago! I've had 2 chicks die so far since then. They start to get wobbly and unbalanced then they can't walk then they get on their back sprawled out and won't move. I have electrolytes in water along with ACV. I syringed sugar yesterday that didn't help. They are 2 weeks old temp is good . They do seem to be shaking their heads a little bit . Any insight I'm grateful for !

I just started them on it 2 days ago . When this stuff started happening it's the mix in the water one with vitamins in it as well.
They have been on medicated feed since I got them . Not exactly sure what's going on
Can you please post some photos of your chicks, their brooder set-up and their poop?

Temperature is good....what's the temperature in the brooder under the lamp and in the rest of it?
Any pasting of their vents?
Any changes to feed, water, heat source, etc.?
What electrolytes or vitamins are you giving? (product?)

Giving electrolytes is a good idea if you are losing or seeing weak chicks. They are safe to give for a few days. Look for pasty butt or dried dropping on the vent and clean them off gently with soap and warm water. What type of heat are you using for them? Are these chicks from a breeder, a feed store, or shipped?

A couple had pasty butt but I cleaned them off really good last night. I am using a heat lamp , I have them in a plastic tote brooder , I am not home at the moment to take pictures .these are from cackle hatchery they have been indoors since I've had them .
