Have you tried a vitamin/electrolyte or save-a-chick or anything? It doesn't very sound like a deficiency but maybe worth a shot.
It's possible that your flock has something that they are immune to but the chicks can't handle. If you sure the others are healthy though I'm still leaning towards poisoning. Possible that the first bag of feed contained a fungus that is destroying their little bodies.
I'm really not sure what I would do in your case except that I would have them sent in for necropsy if possible.
