Instead of giving water by a dropper, try using something like a spoon of bottle lid. while the chick is standing, lift that to the bottom of it's beak and see if will drink that way.She takes water from dropper but looks like she gasps for air. Really don’t want to see another one die.

I would lower the temperature. 95 is a bit too warm. I personally like 85-90 for the first week.
