What a beautiful chick she is! What types of chips do you use? Cedar chips can sometimes be dangerous to hens and chicks, but pine chips should be fine![]()

The photo shows very fine shavings. Can you change out the bedding to the coarse flake shavings instead?

well we hit 104 degrees here in cali today. way too hot to brood outside and my house is too small, so they get the bathtub after my shower LOLGood! She should be fine for now, I would switch over to the alfalfa bedding though, as soon as you can. Also lucky you, I wish my bathroom had a scent![]()
