Chick's eye was stuck shut. One time thing or should I keep an eye on her?

Got her from IFA about a week ago. IFA said they just got her in that morning. So she's young. Today on the chicks first outing I noticed her eye was shut. I assumed she was sleepy (she's ALWAYS sleepy). When she turned around I realized one eye was open. While checking it out I accidentally popped it open. Instantly she perked up and ran around with the others. I did notice a bit of red around the bottom of her beak. Unsure if it's blood or just coloring.

If it helps, their heat source died overnight and two had poop stuck to their booties.

Should I keep an eye on her or could it be a fluke related to heat? She's *always* screaming for sleep even when she's well rested and the area is toasty. I've taken up snuggling her to shush her. I *think* she's some kind of lavender chick.
