Problems walking, weak leg, curling toes.

Ah, she's still drinking on her own. But I'll start pushing/encouraging more. She's not a picky patient thankfully. I could prob mix water with yogurt and she'd have a decent amount.

I will push/encourage fluids.

I hadn't washed the bowl I'd fed her with yet, so I put a tablespoon of water in there and she was more than eager to drink that. I stopped about halfway through and I'll go back to let her finish in a little while.

But I'm seeing an improvement with her one foot!! When she's resting, only one foot is curled, the other is splayed out like it should be. So it seems like there is progress on that front. I'll go in frequently over the next little while and get more fluids into her. What amount do you think I should have as my goal. Is 1 tablespoon too much at one time? How much would you tube at once? Thanks!

Thank you. So far I've gotten 2 tablespoons/29.57ml into her. She likes a little yogurt in the water.

Her foot that was splayed is starting to curl again. I saw another post that said 1cc/1ml of poultry cell wouldn't do much for a vit b deficiency and to use part of a vit b complex tablet. I do have vitamin b complex capsules, I'm thinking I should give her some before bed since she seems to improve for a little bit after the poultry cell. I'll do more searching on it. Thanks for all your help.

I got 4 tablespoons/59ml of fluids into her last night between 4:30pm and bedtime.

She's a lot weaker overall today. Her bad foot is more curled, her better foot is about the same as yesterday.

But she's panting on and off and closing her eyes on and off as well. So not good signs.

She's still wanting to eat and drink. Crop was quite squishy first thing this morning, but I couldn't feel any food in it, just some grit. I added slippery elm back in last night because I think it’s helping the crop to empty. I noticed an improvement with the crop emptying after the dose yesterday. So I gave her more this morning.
She was really wanting grain this morning after she's already had egg, so I let her have that. She's had about 3.5 tablespoon/51ml of fluids this morning. Gave her the poultry cell 3cc over two doses this morning. The human complex I have is fairly low dose for the b2, so I gave her a full capsule last night. I read on the forum that 5mg is what is normally the 'usual' 1/4 tablet dose. So I'm aiming for that for the day.

Since she seems to be going downhill, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try activated charcoal. All this started when she ate the inside of a puppy pad, and I almost gave activated charcoal right away when she ate it to help absorb any toxins, but I was worried about the two together might block her up (maybe that was the wrong choice at the time). It's a little big of a Hail Mary at this point, but we'll see. I found dosages from here, I went with the smaller dose for her weight and figured that if I thought it was helping, I could dose a second time. I made sure to wait at least 3 hrs after she had the poultry cell.

My brother is coming tomorrow to help me reduce my rooster population (we started with straight run chicks this spring). Part of me is wondering if she doesn't improve some by then, if culling her would be the better choice. I want to give her a fighting chance, but at the same time don't want her to suffer.

I weighed her this morning and she had gained weight. She was 1,412 grams. I set an alarm to weigh her at the same time as I weighed her yesterday as well.

Really appreciate all the time and ideas!
