Chicks full of problems.

Update on the scraggly looking one really weird my only guess is something during development or genetics. This is on both sides.
Got some better pics of their whole bodies.

There is a gene that can cause frizzle in quail. This is not a desirable quality, however, since i can be painful for the bird and means that they are more vulnerable to extremes in temperature because their feathers don't cover them properly.
