Chicks hatched exactly the same day, completely different feather growth

I have more eggs coming to me from within the state of Oregon because I refuse to order eggs further than a state away. I am still expecting only about a 70% hatch but maybe I'll get lucky this time. Do you keep all your chicks or do you sell them?

These were for me, but I didn't expect 17! Lol I'd like to keep maybe 8-10 of them. The coming CCLs will be for me too, but those eggs look much worse for wear from the trip, so.... I sell chicks that I hatch from my flock, let the broodies raise additions to my flock, and sell some as started birds too.
