Chicks hatching (now) in Sportsman... I need suggestions please

Oh, and I did luck out and purchase one Sportsman (very cheaply) from a friend of mine... the other is on indefinite loan from another friend. Folks who used to be in the emu business but quit hatching eggs and raising birds. I'm hoping that after a while I'll be able to buy the loaner... just need to hope the owner will sell it!
