Chicks hatching with swollen bulging eyes

I have chicks hatching with their eyes swollen and bulging out. I have no idea what is wrong. They are coming out of the shell this way. They are the same breed so I don't know if it is the breed or if it is just the chicks. They are Salmon Faverolles.

I hatch a ton of chicks and notice when I hatch the bantams that their eyes look buldged and then in 24 hours or so they get normal looking. Its on bantam polish and silkis sometimes I see it on the seramas and cochins so I hope after a day they will fluff up and look to be fine. Good luck!

I have no idea whats wrong then. Maybe the bator got to warm? Hope they kick out of it.
