Chicks Haven't Hatched on 24th Day Of Incubation! HELP

I am incubating eggs and it is day 24. I candled the two eggs and saw one had a blob of dark goe floating at the bottom and clear goe floating at the top. When I rotated it, the dark goe would sink to the lowest point. The second one seemed to have went to the center of the egg. What do I do!
Please help!

It does not sound as if your eggs are viable.
