Chicks head suddenly drooping to one side, chick walking in circles

Update, we have noticed a large lump on the right side of her chest.... Also, would wry neck come on so suddenly? Because she was literally fine and then an hour later not fine and slowly progressively worse over the last 12hrs or so. They are not vaccinated, they were from tractor supply. So, what would cause the lump on the chest and the hanging/crooked head? She still just goes in circle to the left and backing up when she's not eating or drinking, but it really strange how she has no trouble eating or drinking and has total control over her head like nothing is wrong when she does eat/drink but then goes back to hanging her head to the left and acting strange as soon as she's done...

All chicks and chickens have a lump on the lower right side of there chest.
Its called the crop.
Its where the food goes.

If this is wry neck, you must get the vitamins in her, the sooner the better.
If its not wry neck the vitamins will not hurt the chick.

Yes, start the vitamins! I think everyone here feels it is wry neck, it can come on very suddenly.
