chicks in Portland, Oregon?

hi.
I am looking to buy 3 chicks in Portland, Oregon. I'm hoping for one of these types: -orpington
-australorp
-plymouth rock (barred)
-speckled sussex
Any local breeders out there?
If so, would you recommend that I wait for the spring so the chicks don't have to weather through the winter? Or does it not get cold enough here to really bother them?
