Thank you for your wellcoming words. I started a year ago with one rooster and two chicks. One of them got 4 kids (two survided the first week) and the other 12 (10 survived). Five were roosters. My neighbour knew what to do, so I caught four and got them back oven ready. Yummy!
Now there are one rooster and five chickens. They walk around the neighbourhood. The rooster wellcomes the day at 4.30 in the morning. Since all the neighbours have airconditioning, they hear nothing (exept my wife, she hears everything). Now I am building a luxerary home for them. Almost ready. And yes, they can stand the heat. Lost of shadow in the yard, lots of room to play.
