chicks late hatching question

I noticed during my hatch dates that my temp was low. Now I have 5 out of 21 that have hatched. They were due to hatch Sat. or Sunday. Now what? Just wait and see? Is there a way to tell if they are still good. No pips and no cheeping that I am hearing. One hatched this morning. That was the last one.
