Chicks not as active as normal, and has the runs

So sorry your chicks are having a rough start. I think your set up looks great. I notice a couple slightly messy bums. Do they all have the runs? Does anyone have pasty butt? If their vents get glued shut with poop, that can kill quickly. Could that be what happened to two who passed?

Its okay thank you. And from what i have noticed they do but its not always runny. When i held my chick she pooped normally then a few mins later she had it all runny. They do have poop stuck on their butt but its not covering the hole. And the two that passed away im not sure if they had that What i noticed was they both had an empty crop, and i had food and water for them at all times

What is starting to concern me now is one chick is frequently shaking its head

I see... i going to check the petstores tomorrow hopefully their health doesnt deteriorate over night one chick just pooped maybe a picture of that could help?
