Chicks not as active as normal, and has the runs

My sister bought 6 chicks from a pet store around a 1 week ago. They all seemed healthy but it looks like they're slowly all becoming sick; today 2 died. And im afraid the others may die too. The first one that died had very few symptoms that i noticed. It had bad blance at times, and would fall over although it was eating well. The second did seem sick. I went to the pet store and they told me to give them water with garlic. But after 2-3 of doing that they didnt seem to recover. She had droopy wings, wouldn't be active, and ate very little.

Hello and welcome to BYC...So sorry you lost 2 and the others are sick.
Have you noticed any blood in their poop? It sounds like it may be coccidiosis. It's treated with corrid.
@casportpony I looked for the dosing but couldn't find it. Can you please post it.

Hello and thank you! Im glad i found this website; one does seem to have a pinkish red to its poop. Can i buy this at a local pet store?

I'm not sure, possibly. If you have a farm store around you might have better luck there. It should have dosing directions on the bottle. Hopefully casportpony will be along soon.

Cool thank you so much! I have also just noticed that one chick has started to constantly shake its head could that also be from the coccidiosis?

OK, what kind of set up do you have them in? Can you post pics of it?

That looks great...if you find them laying down almost flat and spread out from one another you need to raise the heat lamp up, it's an indication they are too warm.
Im gonna tag @Pyxis and see if she can help with this.
