Chicks not hatching

I put seven eggs in the incubator 21 days ago, 1 hatched out 2 days ago and another hatched out yesterday, they are in the incubator but none of the other chicks show signs if pipping... They were fertile, but I don't know what to do with the chicks inside the incubator that want to get out, but I don't want to release the humidity but at the same time they look hungry...?!

just quickly grab the chicks out. it will be fine. hopefully the others pip soon
