Chicks pecking each other.

    Our chicks are two weeks old and occasionaly will get aggressive w/ each other, pecking and chasing each other. Is this normal?

    Also an unrelated question. How cold does it have to get befor the hens will stop laying? How warm does it have to be, in the coop, for them over the winter months?

    yes it is normal, they really arent trying to harm each other , they are just learning whos more in charge or just having fun.
