Hello everyone,
Im new to the world of chickens.... I just got my chicks sunday, I got 6 cornish cross boilers, 1 buff orphington, 1 jersey giant, 3 rhode island reds, and 3 cuckoo marans. My 3 rhode island reds are confirmed pullets the rest we just guessed on. However, Sunday when we brought them home they were so sweet and nice, now as they have warmed up to their home the cornish cross boilers are running my chicks when I am in there checking on them. They're fine until I reach in to change water and then they start running around the water tank I have them in and they are stressing my other chicks and picking on them. Sometimes they peck at my others or peck at me if I try and go near one. Is this normal ??
