I have hatched 7 lovely chicks, 5 are 3 weeks old and 2 are 2 weeks old. they all started sneezing about a week ago and I dont know if it is a bad sign. they all seem normal and run around activel apart from one that just seems under the weather, it apeaars a bit hunched over with a droopy tail but none of them have any discharge, is this cause for concern.

please help ASAP

thanks, Nick

that's unusual. are they still in the brooder? if they are give them room temp. water. if they are not put them back in the brooder and give them room temp. water. you should be only a little worried. good luck! I hope this helps!!!

Hi Nick -

I would be a bit worried. How often do they sneeze? What kind of flooring are they on?

they are in my house under a brinsea eco glow brooder, I clean them out every day and they are on a sandy budgie cage flooring. the droopy one isnt as droopy as it was though is still a bit and they sneeze sometimes every 20 secs but at the mo they sneeze every 5 mins

The dust from the budgie bedding could be irritating them? Trying switching it to pine or aspen shavings.
Is there good ventaltion?
Check their nostrils for any crusted gunk.... this could mean they have head colds.
with that much sneezing I'm betting on a head cold. Give them low dose antibiotics like duramycin. And use Vetrx this is like Vic vapor rub for chickens.
