Chicks, stop destorying the nesting boxes!!

So I have estimated (Please don't make me count them.) 40 chickens. Lots are females, lots roos. I have to add hay every day to the nesting boxes because those stupid little chickens dirt bath in them and knock all of the hay out in under 5 minutes after I put in the hay.

So I was wondering, is there anything I can do to stop this?
The hens also break the eggs because it doesn't eat the hay and then they eat it
Please help.
