Chicks with Diarrhea!!!! Help!!!!!!

So I have three two-weekers: Two red sex links and one plymouth rock. The rock and one of the sex links have diarrhea. The rock's i sort of yellowish and the sex link's is the normal color, but runny. Should I take them to the vet?! Is it lethal? The rock has a bit of poop stuck to the feathers underneath her butt, but it's not blocking anything as far as I can tell… Please help!!! I've never had chickens before and I am totally not prepared for this!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

You can try probiotics or yogurt, electrolytes and Medicated feed. If it's mild this may take care of it.

If not you may be dealing with coccidia and will need to treat with Corid.
