Chicks with Sticky looking Bellies?

My chicks are a week old and I flipped them over while examining them today and they all have belly’s that look wet but they’re dry and have food crumbs on them. The chicks are acting normally. I use paper towels for bedding but we’re switching soon. This is my first time raising chicks. Should I rinse them with warm water?
