It was a racoon. Yesterday me and my dad tore down my back fence. The chickens were locked up, of course. We positioned our Ring camera to the backyard, because we knew predators would likely come. Last night at around 3 something, my sister came into my room and told me that there was something in our backyard. I grabbed my flashlight and flashed it out the window, and sure enough, there was a big racoon out there. Someone had left some eggs out, and it had eaten some of those. It was also looking for a way into the coop. I flashed my light in its face, and it went away. It came back at around 5, and finished off the eggs. Anyway, my girls are safe. We are gonna get a live trap as soon as possible.
