Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Vasper cupped the side of Amaryllis's cheek lovingly and stated simply. " You know what I mean. You came too close to the point of no return. I thought I'd never see your smile again. "

"Oh? About what, if I may ask? If not, tell me to mind my own business, I'll understand. " Razeth said with friendly support.

"DUDE, JUST CHILL!" Andorra said to the rude male. He was trespassing on her territory, not the other way around. But then she looked to Cyra and frowned deeper. "What's crawled up your butt and died? Or is the bad taste in your mouth from tounge fencing with....." She paused as she sniffed the air with disgust. "Lion King here?!"

Indigo snarled with annoyance at Andorra's flippant tongue. Maybe he would fight it out and ruined her mute. That would do the world a service. He speculated to himself as he watched Cyra's reaction.
Amaryllis closed her eyes momentarily in enjoyment of his touch. "I know." She softly answered him.

"I was thinking abo]ut how this place is my home" She admitted openly with a wide smile.

Cyra clamped her jaw together. She was so angry with Andorra that she couldn't even come up with a single insult to yell at her. Instead she sat on the floor fuming, the muscles in her face tense with anger.

Victor shook his head, replying "I'll be a gentleman, but going that far as to give up my first place, that will take a lot to happen."

Iris asked curiously "And when do you find people not boring? The way they talk, or act, or..."

Claire replied a bit embarrassed again, saying "I don't know who that is, but I would love to see some of her work, as I also enjoy abstract art."
"Then you aren't what one could call a gentleman," Lucy said with a smirk.

"You twist my words," Priam said, shaking his head slowly. "I said 'tiring', not 'boring'. People are rarely ever boring, but often uninteresting. There is a difference, no matter how small."

"Oh few people know her, or any other artists for that matter," Atalanta said with a wave of her hand. "It's all big names, like Van Gogh and Monet, to those not entirely dedicated to art and its history." She was in no way accusing Claire of ignorance, but simply stating things unfiltered as she always did.

Victor smirked back, responding "I can live with that as long I'm first place."

(When typos change your character's words lol) Iris nodded, trying to understand. She asked curiously "So what do you like doing in your spare time?"

Claire smiled, replying "Yeah, I'll admit I like art but not enough to know all of the artists. As beautiful as art can be and is." She smiled, then stood up to throw away her trash, before returning to sit down with Atalanta.

Lucy pouted slightly as she crossed her arms defiantly, tilting her head up and away in a hoity-toity manner for effect. "Well then, Mister Don't Have To Be A Gentleman," she said cooly, before taking the book and moving it out of his reach, "guess I'll just keep this to myself and not be a gentlewoman," she finished, laughing teasingly.

( )
"Read and write when confined to my room, I suppose," Priam said, shrugging lightly, "otherwise I enjoy the pool a good deal, probably too much."

"I wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for art and all it includes," Atalanta stated, more for her own ears than Claire's.

Victor shook his head and scoffed at her antics. He stood up and asually strolled over to her. He responded with some fake scorn "I'll be a gentlemen, maybe the lady would like a massage." He sidled behind her and grabbed her shoulders, moving his fingers to cause uncomfort but not pain for Lucy. Victor asked with a grin "Does the lady enjoy the massage?"

Iris nodded, replying "Those are fun. I was letting you off easy in the pool race by the way." She smiled, not really sincere.

Claire responded "That's great that is had played such a a large part in your life. Can't say it has for me, but it has certainly kept me calm and collected at times."

"Um NO," Lucy said, pulling away immediately with the book. She watched him from across the room as she dangled the book between her fingers, smiling tauntingly at him.

"Sure you were," Priam chuckled. Remembering his manners, he asked in turn, "what do you do for enjoyment?"

"Darling, art is a part of everyone. We are art," Atalanta said cryptically. She finished her own food then pushed it aside to deal with later. She had nothing more to say on the subject of art, so she turned in her chair a bit to hear Priam's conversation.

Victor calmly walked closer to her, saying "Say NO to our grades then." He added with a smile "You wouldn't dare let your newly-made friend's grades fall, would you. Since you're soooo kind and everything."

Iris replied with a grin "Swim, read, listen to music, and running. And I promise I'm not copying you." She added "They're all relaxing yet fun at the same time. Have you visited the beach yet?"

Claire eyed Iris, listening in to their conversation now as well.

"Good, I've been waiting to start,"
Alexis said, smiling widely at him. She slipped the ball through the hole on the side, looking to him as she said, "Ready, set, aaaaand go!" Before releasing the ball onto the table.

Haley leaned into the kiss as well as she could, giving herself over entirely to the feeling as she shut out what ifs and inner cautionary advice. She pulled away after a moment, breathless and smiling as she wrapped her arms around him. "Oh Dyrus," she murmured softly into his shoulder. "What have we gotten ourselves into."

"Ah," Allen said. "Why this particular moment? If you're worried about me, then please don't be. I didn't have to walk out that door with ya." He gave her a cheesy grin, oblivious to what was going through her head really.
Dimitri moved his men with a flurry of movement to keep the ball on Alexis's side of the table. His tounge came out as he worked and concentrated.

Dyrus smiled widely as Haley wrapped her arms around him and snuggled into his shoulder. "I don't know, but it's something special, because you're something very special. " He said with honestly.

"What.....afraid a little exercise will kill you?" Ashton teased him, avoiding answering the question.

Eliana considered that for a moment trying to decide her favorite genre, she wasn't sure it really mattered a whole lot. "I like mysteries, most anything fiction, Honestly I don't think I really care just something to break up the day a bit. Just don't bring me any medical journals." She added a bit sarcastically.

Layla looked over at him and arched her eye brow, she then chuckled. "I'm sure if you squint real good you can see the ocean boil too?" She joked back, he couldn't really believe that she thought. She knew the sun wouldn't collide with the ocean and she was not nearly as smart as he was. She looked back out at the setting sun as she finished off the food on her plate.

Adrian smiled affectionately at her statement and her purr. He finished up her feet and then sat up pulled his shirt over his head and then laid down on his stomach. "Alright lets see this incredible back massage then Queen." He looked up at her from where he had rested his head on his arms with a lazy smile on his face.
Alastor realized he was going to have to say something about the last bit. "Don't over look the power of medical journals. They have their unique ability to render the uninterested to a quick and sound sleep." He said with a soft chuckle. As you continue to calibrate her test results, he stated, "I'll see what mystery novels they have available when I can find a spare moment. "

"Layla, I was simply being whimsical. When I was just a young boy, I believe wholeheartedly that that was true. Almost to the point I'd race to watch the sunset just to see if that time I'd hear it. But I never did and soon more important things took precedence over such childish things. It seems like ages ago." Leverett said quietly as he stared out to the horizon, not really see outward, but inwards.

Willow giggled as he took up the lotion and straddled his hips to sit upon his bottom. Once settled there, she squeezed some lotion into her hands where she rubbed them together furiously to heat it. Once up to temperature, she started working it into his muscles of his back. When she found a knot in his muscles, she'd work with pleasure points until it released, before moving on to the next one.
