Allen threw up his hands in exasperation. "Okay, missy, if that's the way we're gonna play things." He leaned against the wall across from her and crossed his arms. "What's your favorite food?" He asked.

Haley finished with the laces then grabbed a jacket from the closet, just in case it got chilly later. Without a word, she picked up the rose and dropped it on the dresser to deal with later. "Ready?"

Liam chuckled at Ryker's assesment of the two women in the hall, they were spot on. He did wonder who would win if it were to come to blows, but he hoped he wasn't going to have to witness it. He'd likely be the one stuck with cleaning up the mess, not fun. "Well I think Layla should continue to get better with Leverett's influence, it seems that his friendship has been whats made the biggest progress. As far as I can tell anyways. Hopefully Eliana doesn't try to eat me today when I go to get her tray from breakfast. I know you don't want to jinx anything but I seriously hope that one continues to get better. I am getting tired of getting patched up from that one, at least you didn't make her venomous." He said as he rubbed her wrist where she had bit him last time he had to get in her cell.

"But to rely upon a crutch is tricky business. Should her crutch fail her, Layla's right back where she started from, because she'd never learned to stand on her own. Never outsource for something you have to do in house. That is what I have learned and that's where my first laboratory failed. Liam, remember to use the shock sticks, I made them mandatory, remember?" Ryker said as he looked at Liam directly.

Leverett kept glancing to the hallway and watched his two guardian angels talking through the glass. What had happened between then to make them so tense to eachother? He took a sip from the juice box to try and get rid of the cotton mouth the had from the anesthesia they must have used.

Haley pulled the door shut behind them, then adjusted her jacket over her arm as she followed after him. She was reluctant to let him take her hand, but so long as they were in the hallway she deemed it fine.

Not that I deserve your forgiveness and that is not what I am seeking. But know that I have gone to great lengths to bring this man to vigilante justice. A Justice, I am sure you would like to visit upon me and wish that it was my head in that cardboard box upon your desk. You deserve your vengeance, Ioan. Just as I harbor you ill will in wanting that end for me. Until we meet in this life or the next, Ryker.
