Haley nodded her head to confirm Dyrus' answer. Releasing his hand, she took a step towards Amaryllis. "How are you feeling?" She asked, having finally collected herself and thoughts enough to get a word out.

Amaryllis looked up at Haley, expecting to be scolded for her actions, but was instead surprised by her caring gesture. "Much better today, thank you for asking." She replied apart from her momentary shyness.

Dyrus took the opportunity to look to Vasper curiously while they spoke together. He noted that Vasper almost seemed valuable standing next to Amaryllis. At least where Haley was concerned. He'd been surprised when Amaryllis had offerd him a calming gesture of her hand. But not as surprisingas when Vasper took it without hesitation. He hadn't seen that before, Vasper generally didn't like to be touched unless he initiated it.

Vasper felt Dyrus's gaze upon him. He looked to him and followed his line of sight to him holding Amaryllis's hand like a grounding tether. He smiled shyly to his friend, but wasn't ashamed in the least.

Amaryllis looked up at Haley, expecting to be scolded for her actions, but was instead surprised by her caring gesture. "Much better today, thank you for asking." She replied apart from her momentary shyness.

"Then it is fortunate for me that you don't. " Razeth called back as he hurried along to their shared room.

"Uh huh." Zaine muttered something for his ears only before sitting up. Any chance of returning to sleep was gone now. "Where were you so late last night?" He asked, his voice groggy with sleep.

"And somebody's not modest," Allen teased.

Dimitri shrugged and said with another wide yawn, "Studying in the library with the lovely Alexis."

" Is it coincidence that our temperaments align perfectly? I think not! " Ashton stated as she peeked a royal corner to see if the way was clear.

Adrian mumbled something in his sleep and then turned his head towards Willow burying his face in her hair and inhaling deeply. He woke up with her scent in his nose and he smiled as he blinked the sleepiness from his eyes. He tightened his arm around her a bit as he threw his leg over her with a laugh. "We're sleeping in, I refuse to get out of bed, and your not leaving either." He said with a chuckle as he rested his chin on her head.

"Humm, you'll not get any argument from me, handsome." Willow purred softly. She jumped slightly as Amara hurried in unexpectedly and grabbed her clothing and bolted for the bathroom.

Amara gave him a smile and nodded heading for the door to his room. "Swing by my room when your ready for breakfast and we can walk together, I would love to eat breakfast with you." She said excitedly as she opened the door and headed for her room. When she got there she fished for her key from her pocket and opened the door. She saw Adrian and Willow still in bed laughing over something that had been said before she got there. "Don't mind me I am just going to get dressed and head to breakfast with Casey." She said as she scooped up some clothes and dashed into the bathroom.

"Humm, you'll not get any argument from me, handsome." Willow purred softly. She jumped slightly as Amara hurried in unexpectedly and grabbed her clothing and bolted for the bathroom.

Adrian smiled at her and was just getting comfy again when she jumped as Amara rushed through the room and straight into the bathroom. Laughter bubbled out of him at the sight, he ran his hands down Willows back to sooth her after she jumped. "Wonder if she needs any help? She seems a bit lost when it comes to human things, she said she was eating with Casey right? Good for her." He sat up then and rubbed a hand through his mess of curls. He looked over at Amara side of the room sadly, was that really all she owned. He glanced at Willow then with an idea, he was sure she would go for it or how they could make it happen but he was going to ask anyways. "Hey I wonder if you could help her get some more clothes and stuff, she doesn't seem to have much. We could kind of take her under our wing so to speak. What do you think?" He asked, to be honest he didn't even know if Amara would want the help but he felt like he had to do something.

Anuerin felt something for the first time as Nova stood to leave, but there were no words to describe the emotion. "Nova, wait." He called gently, he stood but held back from following after her. How could he argue? Her words were exactly what he had thought to convince himself that he was better off without friends. He was always guarded, and he didn't expect that to ever change; until now when he found an odd pleasure in being in Nova's company. "I'm pretty good at hurting myself." He admitted finally. The truth to his words caused him heartache when spoken aloud. He was afraid of being hurt, but in the end his actions only deepened his sorrow.

Nova stopped and looked to him then down at the ground. "I know. You push others away just as I have done. I decided to try again this year, but nothing has changed, those that I like get hurt. Leverett could have easily died, you could have." The only two people she cared about and both had nearly died after she tried to be friends with them. This line of thought was so not helping.

Casey did what he needed to do, a quick shower then getting dressed for the day before heading for Amara's room to wait in the hallway outside, giving her time to do whatever she needed to.

Amara looked at herself in the mirror after a quick shower and gave a frustrated huff. How she managed to not scare Casey off this morning with her appearance was a miracle. After her shower she brushed her teeth and got dressed with some of the few clothes she had been given when she was brought to the school. A simple pair of jeans and simple black t-shirt. She then attempted to do something with her hair opting for just pulling it up in a top knot since it got ridiculous to take care of when wet. Thankfully the sides of her undercut had been trimmed not to long ago and looked have decent. Figuring this was as good as it was going to get, and not wanting Casey to be waiting on her she left the bathroom. After dumping her old clothes in the hamper she noticed Adrian had sat up since she came in. "Hey guys sorry I burst in here like a tornado earlier. I am going to head to breakfast with Casey so maybe I will see you there?" She said to Adrian and Willow with a sheepish look. She then gave them a wave and headed out the door into the hallway. She jumped a bit when she noticed Casey waiting there for her, but calmed herself down and gave him a shy smile.

Casey looked up when the door opened and smiled at her then chuckled when she jumped a little. "Hey, ready to see what's for breakfast?" He asked as he straightened from the wall. He didn't mind how she looked before or the messy topknot now, he thought it was kind of cute really.

"Then it is fortunate for me that you don't. " Razeth called back as he hurried along to their shared room.

Laurel easily caught up with him. "I could call you something worse.." she challenged with a smile.
