"Oh, I'm sure you did. You had to eat. Whoa! Lots of excitement there!" Dimitri replied as he stuck his head out of the open bathroom door as he brushed his teeth.

Ashton watched him for a moment as he looked back at him. She snickered softly and shook her head. " we're going to be busted for sure. You stick out like a sore thumb." She said with a smile.

Zaine rolled his eyes. If Dimitri knew what trouble he'd gone to last night, he might be a little lighter on the jokes. But he didn't know, so Zaine knew he ought not let out his irritation on his roommate, no matter how much he wanted to. Instead, he quietly got up and went to grab a change of clothes from his dresser.

"Why is the expression thumb?" Allen asked. "What about toe, or pinky?" He grinned widely at her as he waited for an answer.

Donella came out after she had taken her shower and changed then sat on the side of her bed, looking to Andorra then over to her new roommate. "Yep, morning." She wasn't too enthused about that fact.

Adrian smiled at Willows enthusiasm at taking Amara under her wing, he had hoped she would like the idea. Amara seemed to need some sisterly affection to help bring her out of her shell and introduce her back into the human world. And he suspected Willow would love to have a sisterly figure in her life. When Amara came out he turned to her and shook his head as she was gone from the room before Willow had even finished talking and before he had even had a chance to say anything. He just laughed looking to Willow as she got up. "Guess she was really excited to get to breakfast with Casey, I think she likes him. And your right now that she mentioned food I am famished. I am going to head off to my room to get some fresh clothes, you want me to come back here when I am ready to go or meet you at the cafeteria?" He asked her as he stood and moved behind her settling a hand on the small of her back and smiling down at her. He laid a gentle kiss on her lips before pulling back to await her answer. Hopefully he didn't have a room mate otherwise he might end up having to wait for the shower.

(Didn't we decide it would be hilarious to have Adrian be Indigo's roomie? If so is he still in his room?)

Willow thought it over and said humorously, " Let's meet at the cafeteria. That way we save some time and less foot work. I'm hungry, you won't like me when I'm hungry. I might be tempted to take a bite out of ya!"

Amaryllis turned to Vasper with a broad smile before looking back at Haley. "See you later." She called cheerfully to the couple.

Dyrus smiled as waved, "Yeah, maybe we'll do dinner together. " He said in parting, as he took Haley's hand again.

Vasper sighed softly and relaxed further. In a way, he was glad that was over with. He watched their friends as they started down the hallway once again. Vasper grinned at Amaryllis. "That went well. " He said with positivity.

Haley blushed visibly, surprised by his action. But she was going to have to get used to this, she knew, so she secured her grip within his hand and hurried her stride. "They seem happy," she observed aloud.

Casey sat beside her so he somewhat shielded her from the room then started to eat hungrily. He could tell she was a bit nervous again, though he wouldn't let her get hurt. "If it gets too much, let me know and I will make excuses and get us out of here." He said softly. "I do that for myself when I want to be alone too." It wouldn't hurt to remind her he was a bear too, and also more used to being alone than in crowds.

" Wait a minute, no wisecrack? Are you feeling all right?" Dimitri inquired as he came out of the bathroom to look closer at Zaine.

"Because toes are in shoes and a pinky is too small. Which leaves a big blooming thumb and that's you!" Ashton retorted with a smile.

" Wait a minute, no wisecrack? Are you feeling all right?" Dimitri inquired as he came out of the bathroom to look closer at Zaine.

"Because toes are in shoes and a pinky is too small. Which leaves a big blooming thumb and that's you!" Ashton retorted with a smile.

Zaine nervously ran his fingers up through his hair as he considered how to answer. "Yeah, I feel fine," he mumbled, before thinking better of it and adding, "sorta." He sunk onto his knees in order to get jeans from the bottom drawer and to avoid having to turn to face Dimitri. "I talked to Donella last night. Needless to say, it didn't go so well, and now I'm sure she hates me more than ever."

Andorra looked to Donella and said, "You look nice and ready for the day. You think anybody would miss me if I didn't show up?"

(well, then Donella slept through her leaving, lol)
Donella flushed and shook her head "No one misses me when I'm not about, but you are more popular than I am." She said softly then looked to her books "I don't mind staying out of sight, but we need provisions."

Dimitri sighed softly with empathy. "Look Zaine, you hurt her pretty bad. She's new to this whole being around others, that takes time. Just take things slow, do nice things for her, but keep it anonymously at first. Give her her space and you might be surprised what will happen. " He offered helpfully.

Atalanta took off in the opposite direction. She covered a great distance quickly and dropped down behind some brush.

Priam kept his path through the water to keep cool from the morning sun. He took long, slow strides as he watched the two girls go their separate ways.

Lucy skidded around the corner, slowing just in time as she entered the cafeteria. She filled a plate of food then headed for the nearest familiar face: Victor.

Iris giggled and ran farther back into the woods, keeping her eye on Priam.

Victor started eating his oatmeal. He didn't hurry, he just ate the food boredly.
