Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Dimitri straightened and met Zaine's gaze. "Dude, judge much? We did study and we did enjoy being together while we did so. Unlike you who'd rather wallow in your room, your own world of misery. I may have been locked up most of my life, but at least it wasn't by choice. " Dimitri said as he stood to go to the bathroom to get ready.

Ashton then stepped out into the hallway and walk normally. The point of seeking around was over for the moment. " tomato, tomahto! It's all a matter of perspective, dear chap!" She said with humor.
"Hey, I went out!" Zaine shot back. His tone came out much harsher than he'd meant, and the guilt on his face said so. He put his face in his hands, directing his gaze to the floor as he groaned quietly. Why did every interaction have to end in another big fail mark?? Donella hated him, Andorra was sure to after she was told of their conversation, and now here he had to go and make an enemy of his roomate, just about the only chance he had left.

Allen followed close behind, acting casual but failing completely, as he nervously checked every corner and hall they passed.

Amara thanked him quietly for holding the door open for her and headed to the counter to grab a plate. She looked at the foods on available and a big smile lit up her whole face when she saw a stack of fresh waffles a little ways down. She elbowed Casey eagerly and pointed at the waffles. "Look they do have waffles, i can't even remember the last time I had waffles." She said excitedly as she moved down the line to get some.
Casey chuckled softly, picking out what he wanted to eat, including a waffle before looking around for a table they could sit at. "Do you think your roomate will join us when she gets here?" He asked curiously

Ava made her way to the dining room, quietly getting a plate to fill then going to a coner to sit and eat.

Donella stretched as she woke, blinking and looking around the room. It was a little strange to have two other people there, but she felt she could get used to it. She yawned then jumped off the bed, shifting then going to the bathroom with the clothes she would wear that day.

Amara loaded the rest of her plate up and grabbed a juice before turning to look at the tables. " I think they might, they seemed to be getting up for the day so maybe they will come here after they get ready?" She replied with a shrug before noticing a table that was empty and she pointed. "We could sit there and if they come there will be more room." She suggested.

Casey nodded and headed to the table she pointed out "Good idea, and if they don't come soon enough, we may end up meeting some of the others here."

She took a seat facing the wall so she could look out at the rest of the room. At his mention of meeting some of the others that lived there she blanched a bit, she wasn't sure she was ready for that. But she decided not to say anything about it just yet she instead busied herself with eating. She had met lots of people yesterday and had managed that well enough, and with Casey with her she did feel a little bit more grounded. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

"Oh, I'm sure you did. You had to eat. Whoa! Lots of excitement there!" Dimitri replied as he stuck his head out of the open bathroom door as he brushed his teeth.

Ashton watched him for a moment as he looked back at him. She snickered softly and shook her head. " we're going to be busted for sure. You stick out like a sore thumb." She said with a smile.

Andorra opened one eye to look at the clock and groaned, " Morning already?" She rolled onto her back to stare up at the ceiling, giving herself a moment to wake up.

"I'm glad to hear that," Haley said honestly. She guessed it was more than meds making Amaryllis happy, if the looks between her and Vasper said anything. Taking a step back, she gave a respectful nod towards Vasper. "We should probably get going, and let you two get to your own breakfast."

Amaryllis turned to Vasper with a broad smile before looking back at Haley. "See you later." She called cheerfully to the couple.
Dyrus smiled as waved, " Yeah, maybe we'll do dinner together. " He said in parting, as he took Haley's hand again.

Vasper sighed softly and relaxed further. In a way, he was glad that was over with. He watched their friends as they started down the hallway once again. Vasper grinned at Amaryllis. "That went well. " He said with positivity.

Casey sat beside her so he somewhat shielded her from the room then started to eat hungrily. He could tell she was a bit nervous again, though he wouldn't let her get hurt. "If it gets too much, let me know and I will make excuses and get us out of here." He said softly. "I do that for myself when I want to be alone too." It wouldn't hurt to remind her he was a bear too, and also more used to being alone than in crowds.

Donella came out after she had taken her shower and changed then sat on the side of her bed, looking to Andorra then over to her new roommate. "Yep, morning." She wasn't too enthused about that fact.
