Aquene beamed at he sight of the book, responding "I haven't read this! Thank you so much, I've been trying to embrace my roots more and read stories, and I haven't even read this." She smiled again, looking up at him to thank him again. She held the book in her hands, adoring the old dusty treasure.

Elijah smiled warmly, happy to have given her this treasure. "Well if you ever need someone to look for more dusty old treasures you let me know, I am always on the look out when I come here to climb." He replied as he looked at her holding the book. Such a simple gesture and it made her so happy, he was glad he could give that to her.

Donella smiled and sat up again. "I can't wait to hear it, but if you are going to class, you might want to head that way soon. I can get the dishes then go hide out in my room."

Andorra hesitated with indecision. "Ummm, I.." she froze as he looked over to the door as it opened. She smiled when she saw Dimitri. "I think I'll hang around here and bit longer. I am good at Biology so missing a few classes is not a problem. "

Dimitri snorted st the way Alexis phrased her statement. "Just don't pour them all on me at once." He replied jokingly.

Allen took a step forward as well, keeping his smile wide and face (hopefully) innocent. Two could play at this game. "Name's Allen. And, if I recall correctly, you're Madison the Lioness." He slowly shoved the bag in his pocket with the full intention to toss it later, if he got out of this alive. "We met last night, remember?"

Haley smiled softly. "I prefer tea in the early mornings or late evenings; otherwise, water suits just fine. Tea taken too often loses its charm."

"And free roaming girls," Ares added with a wink. He leaned back a little bit more and surveyed the room. His eyes soon settled on a slim, dark-haired woman in line.

Madison frowned and admitted, "I was a bit distracted last night. But I'm not now. So are you two and item? You're always with eachother. Are you one of madam secrets bid secret?" "

Ashton put her hands on her hips and glared at Madison from her spot in the hallway. Really?! Madam secret now?!

Roan followed Ares gaze and whistled softly in appreciation. "She is a looker alright. Good eye." He said with admiration.

Adrian rubbed his hand down her back as she growled trying to sooth her. He smiled and accepted her kisses, enjoying the feel of her before he pulled away. "I will be more careful I promise, and I don't want to be fighting you either, I would for sure lose those fights and I would never be able to live with myself." He smiled at her, brushing some her hair back behind her ear. "Do you mind if I bunk with you until I get my room situation settled with Ioan?"

"Sugar, you know the answer to that question. Of course I don't mind if ya stay with me. But we should probably ask Amara too. She is half owner of the room after all." Willow stated pleasantly.

"What, can't handle it all?" Alexis teased. She stepped out into the sunshine, taking a deep breath as she looked around. "Good moooorning!" She said cheerfully to the others.

Seriously? That's what she got out of all that? Allen frowned slightly. ""Haha, um, no. As I said, we were taking the grand tour of the place," he said, choosing his words carefully now that he sensed Ashton nearby.

Emily continued through the food line quickly so as to not hold up those behind her again. At the drinks station, rather than taking a clean cup, she refilled her own with coffee and went to find a place to sit.

Liam listened to her as she moved into her room to get her iPod. "Oh you must be the bat right? I was just looking at your file the other day, well if it is you, Harper has some new blood in for you to try next time you come around. When I first came here I had hoped Ryker would change me too, but sadly it doesn't seem that was in the cards for me. Maybe I just wasn't compatible with anything, or maybe he needs a simple human, who knows. " He chatted happily, he did wonder if that was a problem. He was well aware that he talked a lot and that it bothered some people.

Samantha looked up, surprised with the news. Well they hadn't wasted any time on that, thank goodness. Whatever she'd been taking before was leaving her queasy nearly every time. "I can come down after the gym," she said. She returned to the hall and locked her door behind them. "Be careful what you wish for," she advised, "all this isn't without cost. The first few weeks were far from simple and painless."

Iris sprinted after them, complaining as she ran "You had a head start!" She quickly caught up to the two, then tried holding even pace with them until a final burst at the end.

Victor got to his room and unlocked the door slowly. With a sigh he sat down, pulling out a few pages of paper on his desk to write a poem. He knew he wouldn't be able to finish the poem before class, but he would start. As he set the paper in his backpack, a spark of curiousity was born in him. One of the outside world. If he was a real killer, would he want to kill the humans out there in the real world? Victor desired to know, and his urge for the truth would bring him to venture outside after the school day was over, he decided.

Atalanta grinned back at her. "Didn't make much of a difference," she pointed out cheerfully when they arrived at the same time.
Priam slowed to catch his breath as they neared the porch, leaning against the railing as soon as it was within reach.

Always trying to suck on somebody's tonsils!" She growled angrily at the Lioness.

Allen jerked back, more of a reaction to Ashton's holler than the lioness' advance. He wasn't quite sure what to say as he looked from one female to the other. He shoved his hands in his pockets but immediately pulled one out when it made contact with the now warm bag of cheese. "Wellllll," he sighed softly as he searched for words befitting the situation

Okay, maybe not. "Inflation: you know, the item loses its value the more you have?" Haley shrugged as she looked to her folded hands. "Never mind."

Ares laughed at Roan as he stood up. "Need a seat, m'am?" He called out unabashedly. He winked down at his new friend and whispered loudly, "this is how you do it, man."

Emily looked towards the voice. Yes, one of the students was talking to her, she realized. Oh shoot; maybe she should have waited for a proper introduction with Ioan. A bit of color crept up her neck as she headed towards him so she wouldn't have to yell back. "I was, actually, but they all seem to be taken," she said tentatively.

Ares gave her a charming smile as he pulled out the seat Indigo had deserted beside Roan. "All but this one," he said, with a sweep of his arm towards the chair.
