Zoe nodded and looked around for a first aid kit to use to clean the cuts and bandage his hand.

Elliot explained softly to her, “Don’t worry about it right now.”

"So you write, as in journaling? Or stories?" Zaine titled his head slightly, watching her curiously as he took this information in.

Sam's mouth formed an o as she listened, surprised at that info. "Let me get this straight. Some brat got poisoned and she's going to lose her hand?" She chuckled softly, however inappropriate considering circumstances. The casualness with which he spoke amused her. "Well that's a crying shame. What else is new?"

"Mostly short stories, I have been known to write a poem or two but I am not very good at those." Lyra said with a sigh, she wished she was, she always liked how poetry seemed to flow. "Do you like to read?" She asked gesturing to the book in his hands curiously.

" I know right? In all seriousness it sucks for all involved, and I certainly don't envy them but like I said Ryker will get it sorted. As for whats new, not much else. Alastor was apparently playing tea party with one of the more feral inmates and left her alone in his lab. She and I don't get along so I bolted out here for safety reasons." He said with a chuckle knowing it didn't sound very manly saying he pretty much ran away from a girl but Eliana could be really scary.

Leah tried running away, but he had longer arms and a strong grip. She squealed as he held her and threw her in, hitting the water with a splash. She came out of the water soaked, her ears much more visible. She smiled, teasing “Bet the dragon can’t get me twice.”, quickly prompting her to run away from him.

Ah the thrill of the chase, he forgot how much he enjoyed it as he stalked after her in the water like a shark. William did however have a grin on his face which he hoped lightened the mood. "Challenge accepted." He said in a low voice as he dove for her reaching out as he did.

Harper tied an elastic band around Amaryllis arm and then attached the needle to the syringe. "Please make a fist for me." She asked as she tested the veins in her arm to make sure she could find a suitable one and not have to go digging. Once she had found a nice vein she smiled kindly at Amaryllis. "This will pinch just a little then it will be over." She slid the needle into the vein and began collecting the blood Ryker needed for his procedure.

Amaryllis made a fist and looked to the floor knowing what would happen next. She had her blood drawn a lot, even before she came to the labs, but that didn't me she liked it any less.

"You're already in trouble." Asa declared casually from the front of the vehicle. He'd been listening to their conversation the whole time. He needed to know if they were fully dedicated to this mission. But they weren't, Asa realized. Now that they both knew they were in trouble he doubted they would test him further. Atleast they would keep out of trouble until he decided what the consequences would be for their actions. He muttered new instructions to the driver, the mission would have to be delayed for the next morning. He wasn't happy to have to wait til then, but at least his mission wasn't comprimised. As soon as he got rid of the couple he could complete the mission without any difficulties.

Leah doves have is first dive, then ran quickly in the opposite direction, knowing he would be close behind. She turned around, screaming as she saw he was right behind her.

Casey tilted his head at that then chuckled "Some males think it's polite to carry things for females." He said then shrugged a little "Though it is a form of flirting to some also." Now he wanted to talk to him, but he didn't want to leave Amara alone.

(Yeah, that's it. He was trying to be polite and stop to help the poor girl even though he should have been doing what was asked of him XD)

"That's neat," Zaine said. He knew of several artists here, but not writers. He glanced to the book in his hand. "Yeah, quite a bit. It's a nice escape from life, if you know what I mean."

"Left the party so soon?" Samantha raised a dark eyebrow. "What, were you afraid she'd stick some poison in your cup?" She chuckled softly. Yeah, it was probably good he hadn't stuck around. It wasn't a good idea to leave the assistant hanging out with angry patients unattended.

Amaryllis made a fist and looked to the floor knowing what would happen next. She had her blood drawn a lot, even before she came to the labs, but that didn't me she liked it any less.

Harper drew the amount of blood specified and then pulled the needle out and covered the entry point with a square of gauze. "Hold that there please." She ask Amaryllis as she transferred the blood with new needles onto a tray and gave it to Alastor to help Ryker with. She then turned back to Amaryllis and put a piece of bandage tape of the gauze to hold it in place. "You did great, did you want to stay to see how it goes?" Harper asked curiously as she cleaned up after drawing the blood.
