"Yeah, happy to help," Zaine said, with a thin smile.
Sam followed the girl with her gaze, breaking it once to look to the two now seated. She debated about going to say something to Nick, maybe gloat a little more after she beat his butt in their last sparring match, but the little bit of good sense she had said not to. So instead she followed after Ellie, taking up her offer as she seated herself across. "Thanks," she said, nearly a murmur. She didn't come here to eat. She wasn't hungry anymore, thanks to Harper, but she didn't want to keep her own self company at the moment.
Ares chuckled at the couple. They were certainly making the most of life here. When Andorra got up to leave, he did as well, figuring Willow and her man would appreciate a little alone time for the remainder of their meal. That was also just his excuse to head into the kitchen to talk to Andorra. Her mention of Dimitri had him intrigued now to know what she meant. He dropped his plastic cup into the trash can as he rounded the corner. "Hey, what do you mean by that?" He asked, glancing her way. "Dimitri, in action. Here? Did he get in trouble or something?"
"Tell me so and you'll find out," Nick said, flashing her a smile.
Donella got up to clean her dishes too. "Thanks for the pizza" She said to the couple before leaving to follow Andorra.
Areum smiled down at him, growling softly, to the point she could barely hear it. She looked at him, thankful for his presence so she could speak her mind, "You make me more confident. Thank you."
Victor laughed as it went in, he came back to play. He grinned, before remarking with a sense of casualness "Had to let the queen score one, while I do destroy all my opponents, I make sure to add a sense of chivalry as well."
Rowan could feel the growl, since she was laying on his chest. He grinned, growling softly too "Good, I like you gaining your confidence. It looks good on you."
Andorra frowned as she saw Ares had followed her. She sighed and muttered as she headed to the sink. "Like a stray" To him she said, "It was like I said. He was just being Dimitri. At the lab, they kept him caged up and his interactions were limited. So as you can imagine being thrown in with the general population after years of being in solitary confinement, is an adjustment for him. He almost shredded that owl I told you about. Now that owl was a jerk, granted." She turned to face Ares with a searching gaze. "You don't have a very good memory. Must be the trade-off for the good looks. It kinda makes you a male bimbo. Go figure, I've never met one before. " She then looked past him to see Donella come in. She was glad to see her friend. Ares's creepy interrogation act unnerved her just a bit.
Willow smiled and waved as she kept her attention on Adrian.
"Pfft. Hardly call that chivalry, but whatevs." Lucy glanced around the room while she waited for him to retrieve the puck.
