Andorra frowned as she saw Ares had followed her. She sighed and muttered as she headed to the sink. "Like a stray" To him she said, "It was like I said. He was just being Dimitri. At the lab, they kept him caged up and his interactions were limited. So as you can imagine being thrown in with the general population after years of being in solitary confinement, is an adjustment for him. He almost shredded that owl I told you about. Now that owl was a jerk, granted." She turned to face Ares with a searching gaze. "You don't have a very good memory. Must be the trade-off for the good looks. It kinda makes you a male bimbo. Go figure, I've never met one before. " She then looked past him to see Donella come in. She was glad to see her friend. Ares's creepy interrogation act unnerved her just a bit.

Willow smiled and waved as she kept her attention on Adrian.

Ares kept his distance, but focused his gaze on her while she talked. Interesting. While what she said made sense, were they not all caged previous? They'd all just found their own way to survive here, some easier than others, he figured. Shaking his head, he decided to let her insult slide and refer to her previous words. "I'm sorry to hear that. This is definitely a big change, and not affecting anyone by it is impossible." Bowing his head slightly to Donella as she passed, he turned on his heel to head out.

(Have they already discussed this owl shredding scene? Ares doesn't have a very good memory, I don't have a very good memory, it doesn't make a good combination )

Donella looked to Ares as he walked out then looked back to Andorra again "You alright?" She asked softly after he left the room.

" I beg your pardon? Dimitri is not fat! He's big because he's a Siberian tiger. Just as I would never hurt him. I put my life on the line for him to keep him from getting shot. You see, this really awful owl got him all worked up and then drew a gun on him. When Dimitri lunged for the the owl, I distracted him with my cheetah form. He could have killed me in a blind rage, but he didn't. And we've been friends ever since. I really hope he pulls through. " Andorra said with deep compassion for her friend and almost on the verge of tears.

Donella looked to Ares as he walked out then looked back to Andorra again "You alright?" She asked softly after he left the room.

"Yeah. But I'm better now that he's gone. " Andorra admitted honestly. She forced an easy smile and went back to washing her dishes. "I'm glad you came in." She added quietly.

"Yeah. But I'm better now that he's gone. " Andorra admitted honestly. She forced an easy smile and went back to washing her dishes. "I'm glad you came in." She added quietly.

Donella smiled again and came over to set her dishes down so she could rinse and dry the others. "Those two looked like they could use some time alone." She said softly.

Donella smiled again and came over to set her dishes down so she could rinse and dry the others. "Those two looked like they could use some time alone." She said softly.

Andorra chuckled and nodded. "Awkward doesn't even began to cover that lovey dovey fest. It's good to know that happiness can be found here. I don't see it in my immediate future, that's for sure." She said with humor as she handed off a plate to Donella.

Donella nodded, taking the plate to rinse it then grabbing a clean towel to dry it off. "I hope we can be happy here. Not like we have any other choice, really."
