Razeth stood and went to her. He sat down beside her and spoke the only truth he knew. "Because, there are some people incapable of love beyond themselves. Where with brutal efficiency, they try to snuff out the wondrous spark of anything special within their reach. What you endured and you survived, are insurmountable to the woman they made you into. You are far beyond his reach now." He shook his head and looked her in the eyes, "You're like the mythical Phoenix, who must first suffer until she parishes, only to be reborn whole." Razeth said with reverence.
