Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Andorra frowned meaningfully as if in deep thought. She then brought her pen to her lips, as she look poignantly at the teacher before replying, "Oh, I see. The class is so unremarkable that no one would want to transfer to it, is that it? Well, if that's the case, then I'll transfer back to study hall, then. I must say, I'm slightly disappointed in your scholastic curriculum here, if one more student is such a burden to you, sir." She the started packing up to leave. She paused and stated, " For the record, people usually doing something wrong, don't sit front and center, or engage in conversations with would be disciplinary, now would they?"
"Well wait now, miss," the teacher straightened and his face softened (though, neither of those movements improved his looks at all, Alexis noted.) "You say Ioan sent you here? We wouldn't want to disappoint him, not on the first day," he said calmly, "so please, if I haven't offended you beyond, stay." His wimpy little face looked a tad bit brighter after his speech, or pleading.

( lol! )

"Not at all, kind sir. Teach on and enlighten my mind for the betterment of all." Andorra said with consideration. She glanced back to Alexis and winked playfully.

"Good. Goody goody," the teacher said happily, smacking once again at the end. He desperately feared disappointing Ioan, a man he basically worshiped for no reason other than he was the principle. Ioan was owner and starter of the school as well, but the was irrelevant.

Alexis face palmed. Andorra was having this too easy.
She straightened, hoping to maybe appear a little taller in her chair than her 5' 2" self really was, raised her hand and cleared her throat. "Sir?" She smiled sweetly at the teacher.

The teacher looked towards the back, straining his eyes to see who was calling. He pushed his glasses up his nose before answering, "Yes?"

"I can't help but recall rule number seventeen from the list that was read to us all upon our arrival," Alexis said innocently.

"And what might that rule be?" The teacher asked as he dabbed at his nose with a linen handkerchief.

"If my memory serves me right, which it usually does, rule seventeen stated that each student is to stick to the precise schedule given to them," she explained, keeping eye contact with the man.

(I'm having too much fun with this teacher. Thanks for insisting.)

Haley stepped gingerly into the water, shivering slightly as her foot was immersed. The water felt freezing as it seeped into her boots. She tried to ignore it by turning her focus to the two silent humans who were ahead of her.

The night grew dark and Aneurin took notice of both girl's weariness. He lead them from the water and found them a place to sleep among tall grass, while he himself laid in a tree branch overlooking them so that he could guard them while they slept.

Madison chuckled and moved inside. "Alright, well warm up first, then we'll see what range of motion you have it your still healing wounds. " She said.

"Then I'll leave you two it. " Dimitri said, before he started down the hallway.

Leverett smiled slightly and shrugged, "To each their own. " He replied, before handing his ticket to the attendant for verification, so he'd be allowed to board the plane.

(I'm a little confused by what is said in this section :/ )
Laurel nodded as she curiously overlooked the room. It was filled with people and quite loud, which made her slighty anxious. She didn't understand why she needed training.

Ioan smiled dimly before returning to his office.

Aralyn did so as well, waiting for the line to move forward before she would be able to board the plane.

Haley settled down comfortably with one hand beneath her head and the other under her side for warmth. Even low down as they were in the grass, there was a chilly breeze that nipped at them. She glanced up at Aneurin, who looked rather uncomfortable in a tree above and was subject to the higher wind. There were so many things she wanted to know. For one, why had he taken her, of all the people at the lab and many of whom were probably more capable for whatever he needed. She wanted to talk to Amaryllis as well, as soon as the girl was strengthened from decent sleep.

( Lol! I see that. :plbb )

Andorra turned to look at Alexis shocked. Before turning back to the teacher and stating, "That may be so, but on the other hand, would the one who would have the authority to make an ammendment to that rule, be the creator of that rule? Being Ioan? I must say, I signed up for language, not debate. " She then laughed lightly.

"Well, uh," the man stammered, unsure of what to do. He sniffed hard and loud up his nasal, an act that surely would give him discomfort, Alexis thought.

"I'm sure Mr. Ioan wouldn't wish to be distracted right now. After all, it is nearly the end of the school day so he's probably rushed and neck-deep in paperwork," Alexis said casually. She kept a straight face as she avoided Andorra's glance.

"Well. Well, well now. You're probably right, miss," the teacher agreed, "and because of that, I'm making the call," he stated with a sort of defiance Alex found most dismaying. "You may stay for this lecture today, but tomorrow, you must see the principal about it," he told Andorra.

Alexis chuckled quietly. She didn't really want Andorra kicked out, but she did want to see a little more show before the lecture actually started. She leaned back in her chair now, forgoing all acts of height, and finally turned her eyes towards Andorra.

Andorra was barely holding it together from suppressed laughter, as she met Alexis gaze. (Good grief, no way did she want to sit through this nightmare of a teacher's meandering through knowledge he did not himself possess.) She thought to herself.

(Chick-adee you should join us if you have the time :p )

Alexis snorted loudly, the result of stifling a laugh that had been building up inside her for some time now. The teacher shot a glare in her direction before thumbing through his precious book. "Okay, class, we're starting today off easy with some diagramming..."
Alex brought her knees up slowly to the edge of the desk and rested her chin on them. She scribbled down a few notes as Mr. Boring went on about the angle of the perfect lines in his diagram example. "This is totally useless," she mumbled as she recalled her conversation with Dimitri the night before. A perfect 45 degree angle in a digram would be completely useless should the government of Lord attack the school.
